HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

• How often do you check your tablet?

I don't have a phone. I use a tablet. I usually use it to study or do school projects everyday. On weekends, I check if I have any home work to do too. 

• What do you use it for?

  I use the tablet to study or do projects for school during the week, but I also play or  to chat with my friends on weekend.

• Do you think phone addiction is a serious problem?

Yes, I think the tablet can be addictive, because when I play with it I want to spend a lot of time but my parents force me to use the tablet for a period of time
